Could CO2 emissions move back to a trajectory in line with the climate commitments?

The present trajectory of CO 2 emissions is definitely not in line with the climate commitments (disappearance of net CO 2 emissions between 2060 and 2075 to limit the global temperature rise to 2°C). We break down the growth in CO 2 emissions (for the world, th e OECD and the rest of the world) into: GDP growth; Change in the   ratio ; Change in the   ratio ; Change in the   ratio ; The main problems are: The insufficient decline in the r atio in emerging countries; The growth in fossil energy consumption , which is similar to that for energy as a whole in all regions; The stability of the ratio in emerging countries.
