Financial crises always stem from the same causes: excessive debt associated with a sharp rise in the price s of certain assets (financial or real estate), and often too much optimism about the future (growth, the fundamental value of assets purchased, etc.). This was observed with equities in the late 1990s and with real estate from 2002 to 2008 . Can the same configuration be observed again today?
