Could there be common ground on the economy between the United States and Europe?

If politicians in the United States and Europe were reasonable, on what points in the economic area could they come to an agreement? On free trade, which is positive for the United States ( what the United States import s, it no longer produces ) and for Europe (whose growth model is linked to exports); On China opening up to foreign products and investments, an opening that is abnormally limited currently; On competition and the fight against monopolies, particularly as regards internet companies. But it seems difficult to find an agreement on monetary policy coordination and on the organisation of the international monetary system, given the United States’ chronic need to attract global savings, which is negative for other countries.
