ECB July meeting : Uneventful
As widely expected, today’s ECB meeting brought little new. Policy rates and the introductory statement were left unchanged. The press conference also shed little light on some of the open questions , such as the re-investment policy of APP purchases after the end of the APP or a further clarification on policy rate guidance.
