ECB keeps buying at “significantly higher” pace – steady hand needed
The ECB made no changes to any of its policy instruments at its June policy meeting. Specifically , purchases under its PEPP program will continue at the current “significantly higher” pace. President Lagarde gave little away in terms of next steps , saying that any such discussion would be “ premature ” .
