The ECB’s Governing Council will hold next week its regular policy meeti n g . The meeting should be uneventful a fter last month’ s decision to wind down the APP by the end of the year . Data released since the June meeting have been generally supportive for the ECB’s baseline scenario of a still solid growth outlook . Furthermore, t he market reaction to the June meeting was very benign , implying no need to fine-tune the policy message.
