Euro-NowNat forsees further weakness early next year
Euro- NowNat has downgrade d the outlook for the euro area economy after today’s release of the flash PMIs and Euro- NowNat is forecasting Q4 growth to be at 0.3%qoq followed by an easing to 0.15% in Q1:19 . While our official forecast for Q4:18 is in line with this latest reading of Euro- NowNat , there is a small downside risk now with respect to our Q1:19 forecast of 0.22%. That said , the risk of an outright recession still look s low at this point.
