With stable November PMIs, Euro-NowNat has now slightly revised down its forecast for the euro area growth outlook for the last quarter of the year and the beginning of 2020 (0. 10 % for Q 4 2019 and 0.11% for Q1 2020 ) . We also update our Financial Conditions Index: financial conditions move sideway s , remaining at record lows.
