Europe does not have the means to trigger a conflict with the United States
The European Union is currently taking a tough stance against the United States: retaliatory measures in response to US protectionism, and declarations hostile to the "legal imperialism" of the United States. But does Europe really have the means to trigger a conflict with the United States? We do not think so , since Europe : Is not technologically independent of the United States; Depends on the United States for its growth; European companies have a significant footprint in the United States. Europe would therefore be in a position of weakness in the event of a major conflict with the United States.
