Europe: For projects that are visible to the people but that do not generate permanent transfer payments between the countries

Europe needs to show its people that it is beneficial to them in order to stem the rise in anti-European sentiment. But numerous countries are also opposed to the introduction of permanent transfer payments (from the richer to the poorer countries). This calls for projects to be conceived that are visible and beneficial to the people , but that do not generate permanent transfer payments. We can imagine: Assistance to finance unemployment benefits in countries where the unemployment rate is much higher than its average; Income support for the poor in all countries; Education and training support for young people fac ed with hardship in all countries.
