European gas prices biased higher beyond the current winter
The move in the TTF curve beyond the historic range (Oct-22 is currently trading at €46/MWh compared to €29/MWh one week ago ) is justified in our view given the structural factors embedded in the market and uncertainty regarding Russia’s export strategy in 2022.
