European PMIs show further strong improvement
The euro area composite PMI recorded another strong increase in June . While sentiment data are probably less reliable during times of big dislocations, today’s number s nevertheless signal an uptick of economic activity across sectors and countries. The UK PMIs also improved significantly in June, indicating that the rise in activity is broadly share d across the continent .
