For how long can the ECB keep interest rates very low without causing a disaster?

The financial markets think that the ECB is going to keep interest rates very low for a very long time. Will this even be possible? For how long can euro interest rates remain very low without: Triggering a crisis among life insurers (more generally among bond investors); Inflating asset price bubbles (especially in real estate prices); This policy becoming completely irreversible, due to the growing risk of causing another debt crisis? We believe that the ECB will have to have exited this policy within two years.
