France and the US face political dilemmas

The early legislative elections called by the French President to clarify the political situation have left the country in a state of great uncertainty as to the name of its next Prime Minister. The New Popular Front cannot agree on the person who could embody their political proposal. In the United States, Democrats are facing the opposite problem. They have a designated candidate, but more and more voices are calling for him to stand down because of doubts about his ability to continue in office for a second term. On the economic front, central banks will continue to focus on the speed at which inflation is falling. We expect the Fed and ECB to cut rates in September, but the die has not yet been cast
