France has turned its back on its children
A number of trends in the French economy are extremely detrimental to future generations and yet have not been strongly combatted for a long time: The poor quality of the education system; The skewing structure of jobs, deindustrialisation; P ublic borrowing that has not financed efficient public capital; Declining potential growth; Rising real estate prices. This condemns future young French people on average to low employability, unsophisticated jobs, a high tax burden, low per capita income and difficulties finding housing .
