France: We are seeing a "slight upturn"

France’s structural problems are well known: low labour force skills, low employability of young people, low employment rate, insufficient corporate modernisation, deindustrialisation, high corporate tax burden, etc. But we are now seeing a "slight upturn", a few signs of an incipient improvement: The employment rate and the participation rate are rapidly rising; The quality of vocational training is improving; Corporate modernisation is increasing; Corporate investment is increasing; There are many company start-ups; Industrial specialisation is positive and industrial production capacity is starting to increase; The corporate tax burden is declining.
