France: Whose purchasing power has stagnated or declined?

Public opinion in France is demanding faster growth in purchasing power. This leads us to examine who has suffered from stagnation or decline in their purchasing power since the 2008-2009 crisis among the following social categories: Wage earners (at what wage level? In the private or the public sector?); Pensioners; The unemployed; Recipients of capital income. A quantitative analysis shows that: The real income of pensioners has stagnated; The real income of the unemployed and recipients of capital income has declined.
