Has the Netherlands made efforts that France, Spain and Italy have not made?

The Netherlands' reluctance to accept solidarity with countries that have not made the effort to improve their economy structurally and to implement the necessary structural reforms is well known. Is this reluctance justified? We compare the Netherlands on the one hand, and France, Spain and Italy on the other with regard to: Working time, employment rate and participation rate and unemployment benefits; The equilibrium of pension systems; Public finances (level of spending and tax revenues, government efficiency); Labour productivity, corporate modernisation; Cost competitiveness; Private debt; The quality of the education system. We see that the Netherlands has structural superiority in terms of public finances, education system efficiency and cost competitiveness.
