How has the reduction in interest paid on debt in the euro zone been used?

One of the main effects of the expansionary monetary policy conducted in the euro zone since the crisis has been to lower interest payments on debt. We seek to determine, for public administrations, households and companies, how the reduction in interest paid has been used. For public administrations, to reduce the fiscal deficit; For households, simpl y to offset the reduction in interest received; For companies, to increase non-distributed profits, but not investments. Altogether , the reduction in interest paid on debt in the euro zone has had no demand- stimulating effect .
