How much of the tightening of the peripheral euro zone countries' yield spreads can be attributed to various structural improvements, and how much to the expansionary monetary policy?

The peripheral euro zone countries' yield spreads have tightened considerably. We can try to identify two types of causes for this tightening: Structural improvements, either in the peripheral countries or in euro-zone institutions; The ECB's monetary policy. Statistical analysis shows that most of the tightening of the peripheral countries' yield spreads is explained by the institutional improvement in the euro zone; monetary policy accounts for 25-30% of the spread tightening; the peripheral countries' structural economic situation has not improved.
