Is confidence returning?

Confidence is perhaps now starting to return, as we can hope that : There is a shift from a trade war to a search for compromise; All borrowers’ solvency will be maintained thanks to the very low interest rates, which should prevent recessions; Corporate profitability will be kept high by small wage increases and low interest rates; Smart fiscal policies will be implemented (increased useful public investments). This return to confidence would involve an upward correction in : Long-term interest rates; Share prices.
