Is Donald Trump’s economic record catastrophic?

Many economists point out the inefficiency of the expansionary fiscal policy conducted at full employment in the United States, the protectionism; and the increase in inequality resulting from the fiscal policy. But we must also recognise that the "overheating" policy in the United States has had a few positive effects: Rising participation rate and employment rate; Upturn in labour productivity. So the economic record is not "catastrophic".
