Is there really reason to be concerned about Germany?

Growth is currently slowing down markedly in Germany. Part of this is due to the return to full employment, which is inevitable. But does another part of this slowdown point to a deterioration in Germany’s situation that will result from the fact that Germany has not prepared for the future, given: The still very significant use of fossil energies; The weight of industries "of the past": automotive, chemicals; The lack of productivity gains despite population ageing; The heavy dependence on industrial exports, given the slowdown in global demand for industrial products ?
