Per capita productivity and production
In all countries with significant population ageing, the working-age population is currently shrinking at a much faster rate than the total population. Productivity per working-age person (aged 15 to 64) is therefore growing faster than per capita GDP, which: Impoverishes the country; Disrupts public finances. The only solution to this dual problem is to achieve a growth in the employment rate that offsets the gap between growth in the total population and growth in the working-age population. But this can only be a temporary solution.
