Portugal: Antonio Costa really won the elections this time
Antonio Costa has won the elections , on Sunday 6 th of October, despite he didn’t reach an absolute majority. He should find an agreement whether with the PCP-PE V (Communist and the Greens) , whether with BE (Left Bloc) as in his previous mandate. However, he starts the negotiation of a coalition in a more robust situation than in 2015. Then , he should address challenging issues in terms of public debt ratio and labor market structural reforms.
