Solid German industrial output data, spurred by construction
In contrast to yesterday’s dismal manufacturing orders data, German industrial output figures this morning look quite healthy. February output was up 0.7%mom and Janu ary numbers were revised up. The increase mostly reflects a surge in construction output. Manufacturing output was slightly down in February.
