The health crisis may be long-lasting in the United States: What consequences?

It is likely that the COVID health crisis will last longer in the United States than in Europe or China, and therefore that the US economy will be more permanently affected than others by the health crisis. So we should expect : Activity to remain weak in the third quarter in the United States; And this weakness spreading to countries that are heavily dependent on the United States; Leading to continued expansionary fiscal and monetary policy in the United States; Normally leading to a decline in capital inflows to the United States and a depreciation of the dollar;  A social crisis in the United States .
