Edito The weeks come and go, and echo each other, each with its share of “final†Brexit negotiations. Will the latest twist in strategy that Theresa May, who has finally lurched toward Labour, has come up with, allow a negotiated exit, and if so, in what framework? Will the break be consummated on April 12, or will the European Union grant the United Kingdom some more time on April 10 (an extension of article 50)? The only certain things in all this are the questions. After a period of calm, with the central banks putting a lid on volatility, the week to come looks like it will be more turbulent.
