United Kingdom : PM defers Parliament vote on Brexit deal
In her statement at the House of Commons, Prime Minister Theresa May confirmed the delaying of the Parliamentary vote on the Brexit Deal . The Conservative leader however reasserted that her Brexit deal is the best that could be reached , and ruled out the possibility of a second referendum . The decision by the PM to defer the vote throws the Brexit process in even more uncertainty, which results in a fall in the GBP USD to a 20 months-low ( 1 GBP for 1 .256 USD ), implied volatility being up .
