What are the characteristics of countries where the poverty rate is low?

We try to understand what differentiates countries where the poverty rate is low from other countries. Possibilities are : The level of the employment rate; The level of labour force skills; Trends in income distribution; The scale of redistributive policies; The weight of industry (since manufacturing wages are higher than in services). We see that low poverty is associated with a high employment rate and a high skill level, an income distribution that is not negative for employees and large-scale redistributive policies.
