What can employees objectively complain about in France?

If we take an objective look at changes over the past 20 years, we see that employees in France cannot complain about: Income distribution at their expense; An abnormally rapid growth in capital gains or an increase in the income taken by the "very ric h"; Lower growth in welfare benefits than in household taxes. It has to be admitted that employees are partly responsible for some problems: Their weak skills ; this explain s the low employment rate and the inequality due to the small proportion of people who have a job in France; The skewing of the structure of jobs towards household services, due to changes in household demand, which is increasingly shifting towards services, and which helps curb productivity and therefore wages. So it would be good if employees in France made an objective analysis of their problems and the causes of these problems.
