What have international capital flows shown in the recent period?

We look at international capital flows to or from the United States, the euro zone, emerging countries excluding China , and China since the start of 2018. The structure of these international capital flows shows: In 2018, a prospect of rising long-term interest rates, which in early 2019 became a prospect of falling long-term rates; A negative view of the equity market in the United States, Europe and China, becoming more positive for China in early 2019; A positive view of emerging countries excluding China.
