Which countries are moving closer to China or Russia?

We seek to determine which countries are moving closer to China and Russia by analysing the growth in trade between China and Russia on the one hand, and Brazil, Mexico, Africa, India and Southeast Asia n countries on the other hand, and comparing it with the growth in trade between these countries and the group made up of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Japan. We are seeing faster growth in trade with China and Russia than with the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom and Japan: In Brazil, in terms of exports and imports; In Mexico, Africa, India and Southeast Asia in terms of imports. In Brazil, exports to China and Russia are higher than exports to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Japan. In India and Southeast Asia, the level of imports from China and Russia is higher than from the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom and Japan.
