Which emerging countries are most at risk today?

The coronavirus crisis has triggered : Massive capital flows out of emerging countries, mainly into the dollar; A drastic fall in commodity prices. This clearly shows that the emerging countries that are going to be the most in trouble because of the coronavirus crisis are those that have: A chronic external deficit and large external debt; Significant commodity exports. Examples include (this list is not exhaustive) many countries in Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa.
