Why do investors prefer US equities?

When we look at capital flows and equity market indices, we see that investors prefer US equities over European equities. Why? Because of a higher level or stronger growth in earnings in the United States? Yes, since 2010; Because of more favourable relative levels of long-term interest rates and growth in the United States? Yes, from 2010 to 2013; Because of the weight of the tech companies sector in the United States? Yes; Because of the use of share buybacks and leverage in the United States? Yes.

Since 2016, the Asian euro benchmark covered bond market has experienced substantial growth, with the outstanding volume now reaching €24bn. Despite this expansion, it remains a niche market, accounting for approximately 2% of the total euro benchmark covered bond market. The de-escalation between China and the United States dominated the week, pushing risky assets a little higher.
