Why has France not recovered from the 2008-2009 crisis?

Since the 2008-2009 crisis, France has been hit by: An increase in its structural unemployment rate ; Declining industrial production capacity and export market share losses; Declining productivity gains. Are we able to explain why France has not recovered from the 2008-2009 crisis? It is p robably because : Competition between countries to retain a large-scale industry has become more intense due to the decline in global demand for industrial products: France’s lagging cost competitiveness and corporate modernisation have therefore become more detrimental ; This has led to a profound change in the structure of jobs, which has contribute d to driving up structural unemployment and reducing productivity; The sharp increase in the corporate tax burden has reduced the employment rate and increased structural unemployment.
