Will France later regret how it is maintaining its growth today?

France’s growth remains decent in 2019 compared with that of Germany or Italy for example. But are some of the factors keeping France’s growth decent in 2019 not going to create problems in the future? For example: The increase in the fiscal deficit, which is financing public transfer payments and tax cuts; Rising household debt (some of which is financing growth in real estate prices) and corporate debt (some of which is financing an increase in cash holdings); Rising wages, which are eroding cost competitiveness; The weight of domestic services, which, while not very cyclical, are not very sophisticated either.
