Will Russia, China and Africa form a bloc in isolation from Western countries? How much clout would it have?

Due to the war in Ukraine, China will remain Russia’s only significant trading partner. Moreover, Russia and China have significantly increased their influence in Africa. One can then imagine the formation of a “non-democratic” bloc composed of Russia, China and much of Africa, with high political tensions between this bloc and Western countries. We then look at how much this Russia-China-Africa bloc would weigh in terms of the global population and GDP, global trade, global commodity production, global foreign exchange reserves, global savings and innovation. Could such a bloc develop dominant positions in some strategic resources? This would be the case for metals, agricultural commodities and also savings.
