Will the world let the United States continue its "predatory" strategy?

The United States has a structural growth strategy that can be called a "predator y " strategy: On global savings, due to the dollar's reserve currency role; On talent, given the attraction for skilled and high-potential young people to work in the United States; On the climate, given the very high CO 2 emissions. Normally, the rest of the world should join forces to stop this strategy, by stopping buying assets in dollars, by encouraging young and skilled people to stay in their home countries, and by introducing a CO 2 offset tax at the borders.
