CPNG 4Q25 Results: Core Retail Business Has Started to Stabilize Post Data Breach Incident

What’s new: Coupang’s reported 4Q25 results that were below consensus and our expectations. Management guided consolidated total rev growth of around 5% to 10% (on a CC basis) in 1Q26 partly to reflect the impact from data breach incident. Developing offering losses would range from US$950mn to US$1.0bn in FY26 partly to reflect the continued investments in Taiwan. We maintain our PT at US$37.
