TeleColumbus New refinancing plan: Kicking the can down the road to stay in the game

Morgan Stanley (but not United Internet) is coming to the (temporary) rescue with a €300m equity injection. However, this doesn’t look to be enough to us, and using our top-line/ EBITDA forecasts, but the company’s new capex forecasts, they will still run out of money in 2025.

This morning, the Supreme Court announced its decision in the cases involving state efforts to compel speech on social media platforms. As we anticipated, the Court provided the Social Media platforms a temporary victory in that the laws will not go into effect, but the victory was not the clean win they were looking for, as the Court sent the cases back to the lower courts for further analysis.
