Based on a WSJ report, T-Mobile and Verizon are in separate talks to buy portions of the Company. The article states that the talks are on separate timelines, which is odd. I am not sure how USM sells half the assets if they don’t have an agreement for the other half. But anyway…the value to the national carriers will all be in spectrum.
