The Real division is a hypermarket operator in Germany where it operates both stationary stores and an online store. Co. is also a property manager through METRO PROPERTIES GmbH & Co. KG.

CONTINENTAL AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT

Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

Dufry is a travel retail company. Co. operates over 1,650 shops worldwide. Co.'s shops are either duty free or duty paid shops, located in airports. Co.'s product categories include: Perfumes and Cosmetics; Confectionery, Food and Catering; Wine and Spirits; Watches, Jewelry and Accessories; Tobacco goods; Fashion, Leather and Baggage; Literature and Publications; Electronics; and Toys, Souvenirs and other goods.

Eutelsat Communications SA

Eutelsat Communications is a private telecommunications satellite operator involved in the design, establishment, operation and maintenance of satellite telecommunications systems covering a large geographical area (extended Europe (including North Africa and the Middle East), sub-Saharan Africa, parts of America and Asia). Co. provides its customers broadcasting capacity and associated services to transmit TV programmes via satellite, cable or Internet Protocol (IP) networks. As of June 30, 2013, Co. owned and operated 31 satellites in geostationary orbit and 4 satellites in inclined orbit.

Suedzucker is the parent company of Suedzucker Group, which operates in four segments: sugar, which comprises sugar production in Bosnia, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, as well as Moldova; special products, which, among others, produces and sells ingredients made from natural raw materials for food products and animal feed, and its bioethanol businesses; CropEnergies, which includes the bioethanol activities of Co.'s Sudzucker group with production sites in Germany, Belgium, France and the U.K. as well as trading activities in Brazil, Chile and the U.S; and fruit, which serves food companies from the dairy, baked goods, ice cream and non-alcoholic beverage industry.

Telecom Italia is a telecommunications group based in Italy. Co. is engaged in the communications sector and, particularly, the fixed and mobile national and international telecommunications sector, the television sector and the office products sector. Co. operates mainly in Europe, South America and the Mediterranean Basin. Co.'s operations are organized along two operating segments: Domestic - Italy (providing telephone and data services on fixed-line and mobile networks for final customers (retail) and other operators (wholesale)); and Brazil (operates in the mobile phone, fixed telephony, in long-distance and data transmission markets in Brazil).
