Amadeus IT Group : Confidence on Q2 but also on the coming quarters
>Continuing strong recovery momentum in Q2 - Amadeus is due to report its Q2 2022 results on 29 July before trading. Based on the initial positive indications for April given at the Q1 release, our recent discussions with the company and the continued excellent performance by Sabre in May, we expect good Q2 results from Amadeus. We see Q2 sales of € 1 143m, broadly in line with consensus expectations. This points to y-o-y growth of 83% but, importantly, reflects a gap...Amadeus is a transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry. Co. provides transaction processing power and technology solutions to both travel providers (including full service carriers and low-cost airlines, hotels, rail operators, cruise and ferry operators, car rental companies and tour operators) and travel agencies (both online and offline). Co. acts both as a worldwide network connecting travel providers and travel agencies through a processing platform for the distribution of travel products and services (through the Distribution business), and as a provider of a portfolio of IT solutions which automate certain business processes (through the IT solutions business).
