AXA : More AEH shares sold
>8% of AEH's capital sold at $ 20.85 per share - AXA, which said on Tuesday evening that it had sold 40 million AXA Equitable Holdings (AEH) shares, has this morning given details of the price set for the disposal of these shares, which is $ 20.85 per share. AXA has thus received net disposal income of $ 834m. The group has also granted the banks underwriting this secondary offering an option to acquire 6 million additional shares.
