Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Fresenius is a health care group providing products and services for dialysis, hospitals and outpatient medical care. Co. operates four business segments: Fresenius Medical Care; Fresenius Kabi; Fresenius Helios; and Fresenius Vamed. Fresenius Medical Care provides dialysis care and dialysis products for patients with chronic kidney failure. Fresenius Kabi is engaged in the provision of generic drugs, infusion therapies, clinical nutrition products, related medical devices and transfusion technology. Fresenius Vamed manages projects and provides services for hospitals and other health care facilities. Fresenius Helios is a private hospital operator which only operates in Germany.

Co. operates long-term and short-term care facilities, including medical care facilities, medical and social care facilities and residential facilities for the elderly. Co. provides short, medium and long-term global physical and mental dependency care. Co. also operates residential facilities for disabled people of any age, hotels, and hotel-related, as well as leisure accommodation facilities. Co. operates in France and abroad (Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland) in three business segments: Long-term care facilities (nursing homes); Post-acute and Rehabilitation care facilities; and Psychiatric care facilities.

Telecom Italia is a telecommunications group based in Italy. Co. is engaged in the communications sector and, particularly, the fixed and mobile national and international telecommunications sector, the television sector and the office products sector. Co. operates mainly in Europe, South America and the Mediterranean Basin. Co.'s operations are organized along two operating segments: Domestic - Italy (providing telephone and data services on fixed-line and mobile networks for final customers (retail) and other operators (wholesale)); and Brazil (operates in the mobile phone, fixed telephony, in long-distance and data transmission markets in Brazil).

Co. also provides a range of mobile and related services and products to consumer and business customers, including mobile voice services, value added services, mobile data and Internet services, wholesale services, corporate services, roaming, fixed wireless, and, trunking and paging.
