Mediaset Espana : O Public offer from MFE, in cash and stock
>A new offer, three years after the first merger attempt - MFE (ex Mediaset) yesterday announced a public offer for the Mediaset Espana shares that it does not yet own (or 44.31% of the capital). The price works out at € 5.6 per share, or a 12% premium to the closing price. The offer is mixed as it combines a cash portion (€ 1.86) and the rest in MFE stock but in A shares which grant less voting rights than the B share (10x less).
