​Capelli, petit promoteur spécialiste du logement "financièrement accessible" n'a une fois de plus pas démérité pour son dernier exercice clos fin mars 2015, avec une belle croissance de son activité, soit +20%. Une belle croissance qui doit continuer en principe, grâce à une offre produits variée, dont un best-seller : la Villa Duplex, et l'entrée accélérée sur de nouveaux marchés: frontière suisse, Ile de France, Luxembourg et autour, et... logement social, qui semble un marché très porteur depuis quelques temps en France.
