REMUNERATIONS DES DIRIGEANTS
Bien que la transparence de la société soit insuffisante, les montants des rémunérations des PDG et DGD en 2019 sont acceptables et le lien avec la performance est assuré par leurs positions d'actionnaires. Par conséquent, nous recommandons l'approbation des rémunérations au titre de 2019 (résolutions 9 et 10).
Les politiques de rémunérations 2020 des dirigeants et administrateurs sont elles aussi acceptables. Nous soutenons donc les résolutions 11 et 12.
ABC Arbitrage is an investment consulting company and financial services provider that designs arbitrage strategies on European & U.S. financial markets. Co. provides holding company services, such as, communication, legal, labor relations & human resources management, & administrative. It also helps develop third-party asset management services. In Arbitrages with market risks, the legally binding documentation governing suspensive clause arbitrage strategies does not guarantee convergence.
