Proxinvest s’oppose cette année à la résolution concernant le renouvellement du Commissaire aux comptes titulaire et celui du Commissaire aux comptes suppléant car ce dernier, Olivier Courau, est lié au cabinet titulaire, Finexsi Audit. En cas de vacance ou de révocation du Commissaire titulaire, les actionnaires et la Société ne seraient alors plus protégés car cela entrainerait la démission du Commissaire suppléant.
Concernant le Conseil d’administration, Proxinvest regrette que la Société n’ait pas mis en place des dispositions pour élire des administrateurs libre de conflits d’intérêts, alors que le taux d’indépendance du Conseil est actuellement nul.
